SLIS Terms of Service

By accessing or using SLIS, users agree to use the platform responsibly and follow these Terms.
2. Description of Service
SLIS provides online learning, lessons, assessments, dashboards, reports, communications, and support tools for students, parents, teachers, schools, and administrators.
3. Student, Parent, Teacher, and School Accounts
Accounts must be created with accurate information and used only by authorized users for educational purposes.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for respectful conduct, accurate submitted information, appropriate learning use, and cooperation with platform safety practices.
5. Account Security
Users should keep usernames and passwords confidential and notify SLIS if account access appears compromised.
6. Educational Content
SLIS content supports learning and may be updated, reorganized, expanded, or removed to improve the platform.
7. Assessments and Progress Data
Assessment answers, scores, progress, attempts, and completion records are used to provide feedback, personalization, reports, and learning support.
8. Payments and Subscriptions where applicable
Where paid features or subscriptions apply, users are responsible for payment information, applicable fees, renewal communication, and plan requirements shown at the time of use.

SLIS may use WhatsApp and email for registration, account, lesson, live class, subscription, support, and educational communication.

Users may use SLIS only for lawful, respectful, educational, and authorized purposes.
11. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not misuse accounts, interfere with security, upload harmful material, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, copy protected content improperly, or disrupt SLIS services.

SLIS names, platform design, learning content, software, and materials are owned by SLIS or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Users receive limited access for education, not ownership.
13. Service Availability
SLIS aims to provide reliable service but availability may vary due to maintenance, connectivity, hosting, updates, or events outside SLIS control.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent appropriate for the service, SLIS is not responsible for indirect losses, interruptions, or issues caused by misuse, third-party services, user devices, or network conditions.
15. Account Suspension or Termination
SLIS may suspend or terminate access when accounts are misused, security is at risk, information is inaccurate, payment requirements are unmet where applicable, or rules are violated.
16. Changes to Terms
SLIS may update these Terms and will update the effective date when material changes are made.
