Parent and guardian information is used for account communication, support, payment or subscription communication where applicable, and student progress updates.

6. Teacher, School, and Administrator Information

Teacher, school, and administrator information is used to manage classes, students, lessons, reports, school access, communications, and authorized platform administration.

7. Learning Analytics and Assessment Data

SLIS collects progress, attempts, scores, activity completion, and learning-performance data to personalize learning and help parents, teachers, and schools understand student needs.

8. WhatsApp Communication

SLIS may use the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to send registration alerts, account updates, lesson reminders, live class reminders, payment or subscription reminders where applicable, parent support communication, and student support communication.

Incoming WhatsApp messages may be stored in the SLIS admin inbox to provide support, maintain communication history, and respond to learning or account requests.

9. Email Communication

SLIS may use email services such as Resend, or similar providers, for registration confirmations, account updates, learning notifications, password support, and support responses.

SLIS uses information only for legitimate platform, education, support, safety, and operational purposes.

SLIS does not sell personal data. SLIS does not sell student data. SLIS does not use student data for third-party targeted advertising. Data may be shared with authorized school administrators, teachers, parents, or service providers only where needed to provide the platform.

SLIS uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS, access controls, restricted administrator access, database security, audit-oriented logs, and operational monitoring.

14. Data Retention

SLIS keeps information as long as needed for education, account management, legal, security, and operational purposes. Student data can be deleted or de-identified upon a valid parent, school, or administrator request, subject to technical backups and legal requirements.

Students, parents, guardians, teachers, and schools may contact SLIS to request access, correction, export, deletion, account closure, or communication preference updates.

17. No Student Advertising
